Before-School Care
Before-School Care begins at 7:15 am and ends when children are dismissed to report to their classrooms at 7:55 am. ALL students arriving prior to 8:00 am are to use the Cafeteria door, just south of the main entrance. All children will be checked in. Our system utilizes a time/date stamp that allows us to view all students in our care during each occurrence.
***Before School care will be free from 7:40–7:55 am
***Drop-offs between 7:15 am and 7:40 am will be $5.00 per child with a maximum of $10.00 per family per day.
After-School Care
After-school care begins at 3:30 pm or at the end of regular dismissal. Any students not picked up will be entered into After Care, to which fees will apply. After-school care ends each day at 6:00 pm. Parents are required to come inside the main office and check the student out. You may pick up your child any time between 3:30 and 6:00 pm.
***Pick-ups between 3:30–4:30 pm will be charged $10 per child with a maximum of $20.00 per family per day.
***Pick-ups between 4:30–5:30 pm will be charged $20 per student with a maximum of $40 per family per day.
***Pick-ups between 5:30–6:00 pm will be charged $25 per student with a maximum of $50 per family per day.
***Students picked up before 3:30 pm will NOT be charged
Children are to be picked up no later than 6:00 pm each evening. Families not picking up their children by 6:00 pm will be charged a $20 late fee for each 15-minute interval past 6:00 pm

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I drop off for before care?
Drop-off takes place curbside at the entrance of the lower school for all students in grades K-4. These students should enter through the cafeteria door and report to the cafeteria. Early childhood students must be walked into the building and checked into the program by a parent or guardian.
Where do I pick up from aftercare?
All parents must park in the main parking lot of the Lower School and come inside to pick up their child(ren) from aftercare.
How do I pay for before and after fees?
All fees for before and after care will be billed directly to students’ FACTS accounts monthly as an incidental charge and will be due 30 days after billing.
Can my student bring food/drinks to before and after care?
In an effort to protect our students with allergies, we ask that food/drink not be brought in from home for before care. A light snack is provided at no charge during aftercare.
What happens if there is a school delay or cancellation?
Before care is not available on days when there is a 2-hour delay or a cancellation. Aftercare is not available on days when we have an early release or cancellation due to inclement weather. Additionally, there may be days throughout the year when aftercare is not available due to professional development or an event. Families will be notified in advance of such occurrences
Who is authorized to pick up my children from aftercare?
We use the FACTS/Renweb system to determine who is authorized to pick up your child(ren). Therefore, please make sure that FACTS/RenWeb is kept current at all times. If it is necessary for a person not on your list to pick up your child(ren), please send a signed note to that effect or call the school at 317-769-2450 and verbally authorize the pick-up before the person arrives. To ensure proper safety for your child(ren), it may be necessary for the person to show identification or wait until you can be reached before we will release your child(ren).
