Action: Motion to approve by Director Tooley; Second by Director Baker; Voice Vote, Motion Carried
Finance Committee Report: Director Harcourt
Financials remain acceptable, but the Board remains focused on planning to ensure the school corporation is adequately prepared for future expenses.
Committee on Directors Report: Director Baker
Action: Motion was presented to appoint Director Tooley as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors by Director Baker and the Committee on Directors; Motion to approve was made by Director Harcourt; Second by Chairperson Wilhite; Voice Vote, Motion Carried
New Director vetting process is underway with a recommendation targeted for delivery to the Board in May.

Board meeting date conflicts
June meeting cancelled.
July meeting moved up to July 10.
Director Tooley appointed to Chair the Board Award Committee and will select committee members
The TPCS Graduation Ceremony will be on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 4:00 pm. All Directors are encouraged to attend.
Head of School Report: Head of School Byely
The search for a Director of Advancement is progressing and several candidates have been interviewed.
New head of facilities has been hired.
