Call to Order: 6:08 pm

Opening Prayer: Director Johnson

Motion to nominate and approve Treasurer Baird as Chairman Pro Tempore

• Action: Motion was made by Secretary Norris; Seconded by Director Tooley; Motion Carried via Voice Vote.

Review of October Minutes: Secretary Norris

• Action: Motion to approve by Secretary Norris, Seconded by Director Harcourt; Motion Carried via Voice Vote

Review of December Minutes: Secretary Norris

• Action: Motion to approve by Director Baker, Seconded by Director Johnson; Motion Carried via Voice Vote

Finance Update: Treasurer Baird

• Tuition

  • Motion to approve the recommendation for a general tuition increase of 6% for the 2025-2026 school year.

Action: Motion to approve by Director Tooley, Seconded by Director Witter; Motion approved via Voice Vote

• Enrollment Penalty Policy

  • Motion to approve a change in the enrollment withdrawal penalty policy whereby penalties would be increased when withdrawals occur after certain dates up to the full value of tuition.

Action: Motion to approve by Director Tooley, Seconded by Director Johnson; Motion approved via Voice Vote

Committee on Directors Update: Director Baker

• Discussion occurred regarding potential new Directors.

Policy Update Discussion regarding the position of “Past Chair”: Director Baker

• Discussion was postponed until a future meeting.
