Call to Order: 6:01 pm

Opening Prayer

Principals’ Presentations: Mrs. Kelly Wassner, Mr. James Hough

  • The Principals presented on their experience thus far during the school year. 

Review of Minutes: Secretary Norris

  • Action: Motion to approve by Director Johnson; Motion Seconded by Director Harcourt; Motion Carried via Voice Vote

Finance Committee Report & Audit Update: Treasurer Baird

  • The auditors were pleased to present a clean audit report.

  • Auditors recommended more controls to adopt and implement best practices.

  • Director Harcourt will look into 3rd party validation of accounting results.

  • The School continues to maintain a solid financial position with increased revenue and controlled expenses.
