YEAR

REVIEW
What an incredible year it has been!
As I reflect on this past year, my heart overflows with gratitude and pride for all that we’ve accomplished together. We’ve experienced growth in every sense of the word—from the joy of record enrollment to the deepening of relationships that make our school feel like home. Through it all, we’ve remained steadfast in our mission to provide a Jesus-centered, relationally-driven, and educationally-anchored experiences for every student.
One of the most exciting developments this year has been our new partnership with the Indiana College Core program. This opportunity broadens our students’ academic horizons, giving them a head start on college-level coursework and equipping them with knowledge and confidence they’ll carry into their futures.
As an educationally-anchored school, we strive for educational excellence for every single student we serve. We’re proud to have a 100% pass rate for the Indiana Department of Education’s IREAD-3 exam in 2024 at our Lower School.
We’ve also celebrated achievements beyond the classroom, watching our students shine in a variety of co-curricular pursuits. Whether it was the creativity and collaboration on display in our fall play production, or the innovation and critical thinking demonstrated by our robotics team, these accomplishments reflect the vibrant, well-rounded educational experience we strive to offer.
Our parents have continued to play an essential role in our community, demonstrating tremendous engagement and support. This year, we welcomed All Pro Dads to our family of parent communities, standing proudly alongside our Parent Teacher Fellowship. Together, these groups bring new ideas, volunteer energy, and a spirit of partnership that enriches student life at every turn.
Every milestone we’ve reached and every success we’ve celebrated has been made possible by the generosity, prayer, and involvement of our families, staff, donors, and friends. Thank you for walking alongside us in this journey, for believing in our mission, and for helping our students discover their God-given potential.
This year’s annual report is a reflection of all that we’ve seen God do in and through our school. I hope it inspires you, encourages you, and reminds you why you’ve chosen to partner with us in equipping and educating students to live out their kingdom purpose.
With a heart full of gratitude and anticipation, I look forward to the year ahead—confident that we will continue to grow, learn, and thrive as a community rooted in faith and committed to the success of every child we serve.

Our 2024 Fundraising Efforts
This year, our fundraising initiatives have been pivotal in advancing the mission of Traders Point Christian Schools. Thanks to the generous support of our community, we’ve been able to go beyond what tuition and a balanced budget alone can accomplish. Fundraising has allowed us to invest in innovative programs, enhance our facilities, and provide additional resources that enrich our students’ educational experiences. While we celebrate these numbers, we believe there is still more to be done.
We move into 2025 with our eyes set on growth. Our goal: create a culture of generosity within our community that helps us take our schools mission further, faster. We believe the work we do in the next five years will prepare our school for it’s next 50 years of equipping students to live our their Kingdom purpose.

A Financial Update
From Debbie and The Board of Directors
What a Difference a Year Makes!
This past year has been a season of growth, resilience, and faith. While last year brought its challenges, as we invited families into the financial realities our school was facing, we were reminded of the unwavering strength of our TPCS community. Through God’s provision and the generosity of a faithful donor, we were able to retain our incredible staff and provide well-deserved salary increases.
Enrollment has grown across every division—Early Childhood, Lower School, Middle School, Junior High, and High School—all of which are now operating on balanced budgets. This means your tuition directly supports your child’s education. The diligence and commitment of our Leadership Team and Board in implementing thoughtful cost-cutting measures have positioned us for long-term sustainability.
While we’re encouraged by the progress we’ve made, we know there’s more to do. As we look to the future of a growing school, our focus is on expanding programs and enhancing opportunities for every student. To make that vision a reality, we need the support of our entire community. Together, we can continue to grow and ensure that every student thrives academically, spiritually, and socially.

The Cost of Education in 2024
Providing a high-quality, Jesus-centered education goes beyond classroom instruction—it’s about equipping the whole child with the tools, opportunities, and support needed to thrive. From technology and facilities to extracurricular programs and student services, we’re committed to creating an environment where every student can grow academically, spiritually, and socially.

The average cost to educate a child in 2024 at Traders Point Christian Schools
In 2024, all three divisions of Traders Point Christian Schools are operating on a balanced budget, thanks to the diligence of our finance team and staff. Tuition covers the full cost of education, and we’ve worked hard to steward our resources wisely. However, we know there’s always more we can do to go above and beyond for our students. That’s where the generosity of our community comes in. Through fundraising and support initiatives, every dollar raised helps us enhance the student experience and invest in opportunities that take their education to the next level. Together, we’re ensuring our students receive an education that inspires, nurtures, and prepares them to impact the world for Jesus.

Innovative Education That’s Advancing Our Mission
At Traders Point Christian Schools, we believe in preparing students not just for the next step, but for a lifetime of learning and impact. Through our new partnerships with Indiana College Core (ICC) and ABC Prep Academy, we’re offering innovative pathways that broaden horizons and open doors. From earning college credits in high school to gaining hands-on skills that translate directly into the workforce, these programs empower students to move into adulthood with confidence, clarity, and a strong foundation of faith-infused knowledge and experience.
The Indiana College Core, offered through our partnership with Indiana University Bloomington, provides students the opportunity to earn up to 30 college credits while still in high school. By experiencing rigorous, college-level coursework early, students broaden their academic horizons and gain a valuable head start toward their undergraduate goals. Completing the full 30-credit ICC can open doors to enriched university experiences—such as studying abroad or interning during the academic year—empowering students to make the most of their future endeavors.
Our partnership with the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC) Construction Prep Academy offers students a dynamic pathway into Career and Technical Education. Juniors and seniors can earn graduation credits while simultaneously acquiring industry-recognized construction certificates in areas like carpentry, HVAC, and welding. Students who continue into a second year with ABC can transition directly into apprenticeships, gaining hands-on experience and positioning themselves for immediate success in the skilled trades.
