"Let each of you look not only to his own interest but also to the interests of others." Philippians 2:4
TPCS is proud to partner with our friends at Shepherd Community Center to make a big impact as our staff, students, and families serve our neighbors on the near east side of Indianapolis.
Shepherd Community Center works to build assets into people’s lives so they can break the bonds of generational poverty. By fighting systemic causes and serving with life-long, relationship-based care, Shepherd makes a difference — physically, socially, and spiritually. Serving all age groups from newborns to the elderly, they offer a variety of life-giving programs, none of which are possible without the help of volunteers.
Opportunities to serve include demolition, construction, cleaning, food drives, meal bag preparations and delivery, reading with students, sports clinics, and more. Our hope is that we will see classrooms, teams, and families serving alongside one another to bless those in our local community.
To volunteer as an individual or group, please select one of the opportunities below. You will first be prompted to create an account with Shepherd if you haven't already done so.
