HOW TO APPLY

We're so excited that your family has made the decision to apply for enrollment at TPCS! Let's walk through the process from start to finish so that you know exactly what to expect along the way.

STEP 1 -  INQUIRE/CONNECT

If you haven't already done so, please connect with someone on our Admissions team so that we know of your interest and can work to answer any questions you may have. This also allows us to track the progress of your application so that things go as quickly and as smoothly as possible. If you've already emailed or spoken with an Admissions director, then you're ready for Step 2!

STEP 2 -  ADMISSIONS APPLICATION

To start your application, you'll first need an account. If this is your first time enrolling a student at TPCS, you'll start by "creating a new account" through the Start my Application tab below. Then you can log in to your new account to "Create A New Student Application".

If you already have a student enrolled and are enrolling another child in your household, simply log in to your FACTS account and select "add a sibling".

Once you've submitted your application, someone from our admissions team will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule your family interview as well as any needed testing.

Traders Point offers several forms of financial assistance to qualifying families in grades K-12 including the Indiana Choice Scholarship program, Scholarships for Education Choice (Sagamore SGO), and direct assistance. Scholarships are granted annually and families must reapply for aid at the start of each academic year.

It's important that you have a copy of your last year's tax return available when beginning your application. Once completed, you can check the status of your application online at any time by logging into your FACTS account.

APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

Your family may qualify for additional discounts through our business office including our New Family Discount ($500 per student for the first year), our Public Service or Full Time Ministry Discount ($500 per student per year), our Multi-Discount ($500 per student per year for the 3rd and subsequent student), or our Academic Merit Scholarship for incoming Freshman. Ask your Admissions Director for more details.

STEP 3 - INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENTS

Once your application has been received, someone from our Admissions team will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule a time for the final step of our application process. This is the time when we complete a brief academic assessment and interview.

Student applicants in grades K-12 are required to take a reading and math assessment unless the student's current school can provide his or her most recent NWEA test scores. Applicants to kindergarten are assessed for early literacy (letter recognition and sounds, rhyming, listening) and early numeracy (counting and number recognition 1-20, sorting, understanding number sense, and various mathematical concepts.

Assessments are conducted using the NWEA MAP Skills Screening assessment, which is an adaptive computer-based assessment with multiple-choice questions. This takes approximately 30-60 minutes depending on grade level. Once the assessment is complete, you and your student will sit down with one of our principals so that we can get to know you and your child better. We ask that you plan to be on campus between 1 - 1.5 hours for the assessment and interview process.

Congratulations on your decision to invest in Christian education for your family. If at any point during your application process you have questions, please let us know. Our Admissions team is here to assist you through each step of enrollment at TPCS.
